— What does Paragon mean? —

The word “paragon” is defined as a model of excellence or perfection. This is what we strive for each day — we offer our best client service and practice the highest quality medicine for your sport horse.

During your horse’s exam, please ask any questions you have. Don’t feel afraid! There are no bad questions, and we love to explain what we are doing as we go through our physical exam with your horse and what we are looking for. With personalized care and prompt communication, we hope you will feel safe and comfortable while we help your equine athlete feel his best!

We offer a personalized experience and want to be sure you fully understand what we are doing during our exam. We know sometimes all the information that we discuss with you during your horse’s exam can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming. Communication is very important to us and we love explaining what we are doing. While we progress through your horse’s exam, we can talk you through why we are doing certain things and what we are looking for.

We will discuss the results of our exam with you and talk you through all of the treatment options to make sure you understand what is going on with your horse and how we will help. We want both you and your horse to have a positive experience and get all the information you need from our visit. In addition, we are completely mobile meaning we bring all the equipment we need to evaluate and treat your horse to you. We will provide a personal, stress free exam on your horse then discuss our findings and treatment recommendations with you all in the comfort of your own barn.
